Lovelio takes your current data from any ATS provider and first analyses it. We then provide you with a detailed analysis of:

• Exactly what data you have today
• How many records of each type
• How many notes, documents and attachments you have
• How fresh (or stale) your data is
• How many duplicate records there are
• How complete each record is, and if there are any obvious flaws, problems, and consistent patterns
• We analyse custom fields and how well they are used, how compliant your usage has been, and how they will work in Lovelio
• We assess how well your previous ATS was used, and show you how that will be dramatically improved in Lovelio
• We show you when each client and candidate was last contacted, and by whom
• And much more...

Based on conversations with you, we then recommend a path from beast to beauty. We show you what data we think should come across, what should not, and we show you how you can still keep your full data set for safekeeping.

The next step is a refresh of your data. Below is just some of what we offer during this phase:

• Analyse and refresh every candidate ever submitted to a client to see if they have changed job titles on LinkedIn since they were submitted
• We can then either provide you a report, and/or automatically update all records with their new job details
• We perform a detailed client analysis and provide you with a range of intelligence reports on your clients. Who they hire, who they don’t interview, what the submission to interview ratio is for each client, and more
• We perform a client DNA assessment on every company you have submitted candidates to. This is a deep dive report into who they are, what roles they hire, what skills they hire from you, and more
• Lovelio re-parses the latest CV on every candidate record, using proprietary AI parsing techniques, and then rebuilds an intelligent, living, breathing person record
• Lovelio analyses your client base and produces a full set of ‘lookalike’ client leads. These are companies that look like your clients, but that you have not yet worked with

Worth knowing: There is a lost fee opportunity for almost every customer we analyse.

Once all the data is cleansed, enriched and imported, we provide you login details to your new Lovelio account.

This is a full working account with your data, and allows you to do everything except send emails (we do not enable this until go live, for data security and privacy reasons).

It is then your responsibility to spend that week looking at your data and ensuring you are comfortable that what you need, and what was agreed to, is there and that you know how and where to find everything.

Once the above is done, we do one final perfect data import and run the full cleanse and enrichment again, giving you a beautiful new database to start your Lovelio partnership with.
